Quick diagnosis

What's slowing down your operation?

Your problem is probably in one of these four.

Automation

Repetitive processes eating up your team's hours.

Custom software

Tools that no longer fit how your business actually runs.

Applied AI

Information and tasks that could be handled automatically.

Disconnected systems

Data scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp, email, and different platforms.

See it run

How much time is your operation losing?

Compare how a process works today, how it could work with software, and what happens when we add automation and AI. Default figures are for reference; we calibrate them with your operation's real numbers during discovery.

Which process do you want to look at?

Supplier invoices, from arrival to payment

Procurement chases documents and approvals while the invoice ages in a drawer.

The two times above measure different things:

Batch clock
Wall-clock time: from the moment the first invoice arrives until the last one is done. It includes that they arrive spaced out and that they wait in line.Answers: when will it be ready? — what your customer cares about.
Person-hours
The sum of the time of everyone who worked. Because several people work at once, it can be larger than the clock: five people for one hour is one hour on the clock and five hours of work.Answers: how many people do I need? — what you pay for.

The calculator below works with person-hours, because those are the ones that turn into money.

Work out the impact on your operation

The hourly cost is prefilled with the ordinary hour of the Colombian legal minimum wage for 2026: COP 8,338 — the monthly wage divided by 210 hours, the divisor for the 42-hour working week. It is a floor: it excludes benefits, so the real saving is usually larger. Replace it with what that hour actually costs you.

Potential saving

COP 595,931per month · 71.5 person-hours

78.0 h → 6.5 h

That is roughly 8.9 working days of 8 hours recovered every month.

That adds up to COP 7,151,173 a year in recovered working time.

Manual36.00 min/invoice
78.0 h/mes
Automated13.22 min/invoice
28.7 h/mes
AI3.01 min/invoice
6.5 h/mes

Today this process consumes 78.0 h/month of human work. Automated it drops to 28.7 h/month, and with AI to 6.5 h/month.

Assumption behind the AI line: only 25% of invoices need a person to review them; the system handles the rest. Each column is person-minutes per invoice × 130 per month, so you can redo the arithmetic by hand.

ReparaCenter: the software that runs an entire repair lab

ReparaCenter

Our own cloud product: every lab gets its own isolated space, branches, technicians and permissions, and runs from the moment a device arrives to the moment it is paid — with a public API per lab that feeds its catalogue, customer tracking and the booking bot.

Applied AI · Sales and booking

An AI advisor that answers after hours and leaves the appointment booked in the system

ReparaCenter

It does not answer questions: it sells. It quotes with real prices from the system, settles warranty and process doubts, and closes by creating the appointment in ReparaCenter with a technician already assigned — at eleven at night or on a Sunday.

How we work

A process you can follow, not a black box

You'll know exactly what's being built before committing to anything. This is what a project with Intfinity looks like, start to finish.

01

Discovery

We understand your current operation: which process hurts, who runs it today, and what happens if it stays unsolved. We don’t quote without this phase.

Problem diagnosis and preliminary scope.
02

Design

We define architecture, user flows, and the exact scope of what gets built. Budget is locked here, not before.

A proposal with fixed scope, timeline, and cost.
03

Build

We develop in short cycles, with progress you can review in test environments before anything reaches production.

Verifiable partial deliveries, not one big reveal at the end.
04

Delivery & support

We launch, document the system, and support the real operation with a clearly defined scope.

A production system, documented, with code you own.
Capabilities

What we build, launch, and maintain

From internal platforms and e-commerce to AI agents, integrations, and automations that cut manual work. We never outsource the critical parts.

We take your business into digital channels with secure, conversion-focused commerce platforms. Catalog, payments, inventory, orders, and admin panel, integrated as one system.

Why implement it

A physical store has schedule and geographic limits. A well-built e-commerce sells 24/7 and scales without depending on manual processes.

Key benefits

  • 24/7 sales and expanded reach.
  • Control panel for products, orders, and customers.
  • Secure payment gateway integrations.
  • Optimized design for mobile and desktop.

We design, migrate, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, prioritizing availability, observability, security, and controlled costs.

Why implement it

The cloud lets you scale resources on demand and reduce dependence on physical servers, without compromising stability.

Key benefits

  • Lower infrastructure costs.
  • High availability and failure recovery.
  • Elastic scalability based on demand.
  • Solid foundations to grow securely.

Applied AI

We integrate agents and models that answer, classify, recommend, and speed up decisions.

  • Assistants
  • Classification
  • Prediction
  • Real use cases
See details

We integrate AI — from internal assistants to information classification and predictive analysis — on top of data you already have but nobody is using to decide.

Why implement it

Well-implemented AI detects patterns and automates repetitive decisions. Without a clear use case it is a trend; with one, it is operational capability.

Key benefits

  • Decisions backed by data, not intuition.
  • Automation of tasks that eat up hours today.
  • Faster response times to customers.
  • Value extracted from data you already have.

Process automation

We connect your tools so repetitive tasks run by themselves, with traceability.

  • Fewer errors
  • Traceability
  • Integrations
  • Always-on
See details

We identify repetitive processes and turn them into automated workflows, connecting tools, APIs, and databases with clear rules and monitoring.

Why implement it

Manual processes cost time, introduce errors, and slow growth. Automation lets you operate with speed and consistency without growing your team at the same rate.

Key benefits

  • Fewer human errors.
  • More of your team’s time spent on work that needs judgment.
  • Continuous operation without constant intervention.
  • Integrations between the tools you already use.

Strategy, in every project

Before we build, we analyze your operation, find where the biggest return is, and design a clear path so technology follows the business, not the other way around. It is not a separate service — it is the first step of everything above.

Why Intfinity

Why work with us?

We think before we code

We don't start by writing code. First we understand the process and where the return is.

You talk directly to the people building it

No sales layers between your company and the technical team.

The system is yours

Code, repository, and documentation when we finish.

We build for the real operation

We test before production and ship systems your team can actually maintain.

We don't sell AI for its own sake

We use it when it solves a concrete problem and generates return.

How we operate

Commitments you can verify, not marketing promises

Here is how we reduce the risk of working with us, in concrete terms.

The code is yours

Full intellectual property at project close, including the repository. No license lock-in.

Scope locked before you pay for development

The design phase defines what gets built, in how long, and at what cost, before development billing starts.

You talk to the people building it

No sales layer between you and the technical team making decisions on your project.

No forced retainers

The contract ends when the project ends. No exit clauses tying you in beyond what was delivered.

Staging before production

Nothing reaches your real operation without passing through a controlled environment you can review first.

Technical documentation at handoff

You get what your team (or any future vendor) needs to operate the system without depending on us.

If it doesn't make sense to build, we'll say so

If during discovery we find a simpler solution, or decide that building software would not deliver enough return, we tell you before selling you a project.

Technical stack

Stable tools, not trendy ones

We choose technology proven in production, not the newest thing, to deliver systems that are fast, secure, and easy to maintain long-term.

FAQ

Before you write to us, you probably want to know this

The questions almost every client asks on the first call.

How do you quote a project?

We start with a free discovery call to understand your real problem. From there we define scope, timeline, and budget in a fixed proposal — we never charge for quoting.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope: a single automation can take weeks, a full platform several months. We confirm real timing during design, never as a generic sales estimate.

Who owns the code when the project ends?

You do. Full intellectual property, including access to the version-control repository.

What happens after launch?

We offer support and maintenance with a clearly defined scope. We don't leave a production system without a clear technical owner.

How do you handle security and my company’s data?

With sound architecture practices, separate staging and production environments, and compliance with applicable data-protection regulation in Colombia.

How big does my project need to be?

From automating a single process to building a full platform. The starting point is always understanding the problem, not the size of the contract.

Do you work with companies that already have a system?

Yes. We can integrate with existing systems, modernize them, or replace only the parts that are causing problems.

Can I hire you for just one automation?

Yes. You don't need to build a full platform. We can start with a single process if that's where the clear opportunity for improvement is.

What happens if I later want to work with another provider?

The code, repository, and documentation are yours. We don't design the solution to create dependence on Intfinity.
